Pricing List:

 

Basic appearance, black ink on white cardstock or white ink on black cardstock:

• $2 each – Place cards (first name only), “Thank you” tags, or first-name favor tags

• $3 each – Escort cards (first and last name + table assignment)

• $3 each – Table number cards

• $3.50 each – Outer envelopes (Calligraphic name and numbers + block text address)

                + $1.50 for return address (back flap)

                + $0.50 for centered addresses

 

 

Additions and variations:

These quality calligraphy basics can be customized for an additional cost, based on materials and difficulty.

Examples of what can be done:

• Metallic, custom-mixed color and acrylic calligraphy inks (additional $0.25 per item, specialty ink materials-cost may also be necessary)

• Paper color (pricing depends on the special paper desired)

• Calligraphy on materials other than paper

Standard Fees and Policies:

 

I will handle even the smallest job with professional attention, communication, and full design preparation.  

• Standard set-up fee – $30

• Minimum order – $100

 

Retainer fee – 50% of the quoted order

This fee starts the work and is non-refundable. It also serves as payment in case of cancellation.  

 

Rush fee – adds 40%+ to the order total (depending on the degree of RUSH!)

What qualifies as a rush order?

• $100-$350 order: Rush = Less than 1 week

• $350-$700 order: Rush = Less than 2 weeks

• $700+ order: Rush will depend on the complexity and item types within the order
